A Comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan to Ensure Continuity of Service
In order to ensure that our service, programs, and your critical information is protected and available in case of a disaster, Boyer Law Firm employs efficient practices associated with technological suppliers to provide business continuity. Many law firms are not as equipped during a disaster as they are paper based offices and have not invested in technology to protect your information.
However, Boyer Law Firm’s disaster-recovery plan has been developed and refined with up to date software to ensure its effectiveness. The plan incorporates the latest technological safeguards for the Firm’s office to prevent the potential risk of losing important confidential information and supports recovery of your files.
For example, data backups to disk – all systems, all data – are performed daily, with duplicate data stored in a Remote Server to enable quick and accurate recovery, if needed.
All client records are password-protected to limit access, in addition to layers of network-security measures the Firm uses to protect client information.
Boyer Law Firm’s disaster recovery and business continuity plan is not a product that remains idle as it is frequently updated. The Firm will periodically conduct a “mini-disaster” test, with professional assistants on site.
