Joshua Meadow, Esquire is a professional attorney and certified mediator with approximately 25 years of experience litigating in the courtroom and advising clients in the boardroom.
Josh’s experience includes service as Deputy General Counsel to a regional insurer managing litigation in multiple jurisdictions, in-house trial counsel for a national insurer, panel counsel for multiple national insurers, as well as pursuing unpaid benefits for medical providers and injured parties. He has extensive experience guiding C-level executives through litigation and changes in the law that will affect future operations.
Mr. Meadow’s years of experience litigating thousands of cases on ‘both sides of the aisle’ has sharpened his case evaluation and negotiating skills, allowing him to expertly analyze his cases and assessing relative strengths and weaknesses. This allows for the most efficient resolution of the matters in his care.
Josh earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in Miami, FL (1999), and his Bachelor of Science (Business & Economics) from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA (1995). He is admitted to the Bar in Florida, New York (pending reactivation), and Massachusetts (inactive).
Away from the office Josh loves spending time with his wife and two young children, and when possible, playing golf or watching his beloved Boston Red Sox.
