Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (with Honors) from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, and earned her law degree from Tulane School of Law. She is a member of both the Alabama and Florida Bar Associations and has participated in several legal organizations, including the National Association of College and University Attorneys and the American Inns of Court.
In addition to her legal practice, Kathryn has experience teaching at the collegiate level and advising community boards. She leverages this background to support organizations with their litigation, transactional, and governance needs. Her expertise includes disciplined litigation strategies, comprehensive transactional support, and guidance on effective governance practices, from incorporation to policy development, staff training, and investigations.
Beyond her legal prowess, Kathryn loves spending time with her husband, four children and grandson. Kathryn finds joy cooking, traveling, and being outdoors along the scenic bayous of the coast of the Florida Panhandle and Southern Alabama.
