By submitting this payment, I direct that it be applied to the invoice identified above for legal services rendered and costs incurred by Boyer Law Firm, P.L. I understand this payment is for amounts already billed and will be deposited into the Firm's operating account.

Acknowledgment — Retainer or Cost Deposit

By submitting this payment, I direct that it be held as an advance deposit toward future fees and costs on the matter identified above. I understand this payment will be deposited into a Boyer Law Firm client trust account, held in accordance with the trust account rules of the state where my matter is handled and my engagement letter, and withdrawn only as fees are earned or costs are incurred. Any unearned balance will be refunded at the end of the representation.

Acknowledgment — Flat Fee

By submitting this payment, I direct that it be applied to the flat fee or consultation fee described in my engagement letter or fee agreement for the matter identified above. I understand this payment will be deposited into a Boyer Law Firm client trust account and handled according to the terms of that agreement, including when the fee is considered earned.

Financing with Affirm

Boyer Law Firm receives payment from Affirm; your repayment terms are between you and Affirm. Financing does not change the fee for your legal services. Approval is subject to Affirm's review.

Fees, Refunds and Privacy

Processing fees

There is no fee to pay by e-check or card. The amount you enter is the amount you pay.

Refund policy

Refunds of any payment are issued to the original payment method. Unearned trust funds are refunded as provided in your engagement letter. If you believe a payment was made in error or in the wrong amount, contact our Accounting department (Sara Orellana) at (904) 236-5317 within 30 days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer so we can resolve it quickly.

Privacy and security

Payments are processed by a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. Boyer Law Firm does not see or store your full card or bank account number. Your statement will show the charge as "Legal services — Boyer Law Firm" without details of your matter. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Pay Over Time with Affirm

Qualified clients can finance legal fees through Affirm. Apply in minutes, get a real-time decision, and choose a payment plan that fits your budget. Boyer Law Firm receives payment from Affirm; your repayment terms are between you and Affirm. Financing does not change the fee for your legal services.
