RESOLUTION & NEXT STEPS
Depending on the matter, we work toward an agreement, approval, court order, or other resolution. If litigation cannot be resolved by agreement, we prepare the case for trial and seek a judgment.

Our team works your case actively, keeping you informed at every stage until we reach the best possible outcome.
Step 04
PLEADING & RESOLUTION
Either we can find a settlement agreement with the opposing party and close the case at that point, or we go all the way to the trial and obtain a final judgment.
Step 05
CLOSING THE CASE
Once the final judgment issued or the settlement agreement is closed and we retunr your documents and remaining funds from your evergreen retainer fees
